• Failure in meeting the deadline by the company.
• Document quality is not up to the standards.
• Final document turns out to be plagiarized.
• Failure to complete the revision on time or unsatisfactory.
• Failure to respond to revision request within 24 hours.

Once the order is completed and delivered the customer can claim a refund within 7 days counting from the time of delivery.

The quality assurance department has the authority to discriminately approve or disapprove a claim based on the verification of the given reason for a refund.

The customer is required to mention the partial or full refund amount during the claim process.

If the reason given by the customer is approved by the quality assurance department a refund will be issued immediately but the refund amount will only reflect in your account within 7-15 days depending on customer's bank policy.

The refund amount does not include the order processing charges deducted at the time of placing the order so the total refund amount will be 90% of the total order value.
